THE
RESTAURANT
With a fifty-person capacity, the pastel-coloured
restaurant envelops you in calm and serenity. Elegant tables and
artistic paintings give the main salon great style. You can also
choose a table in the second salon for a more intimate setting
(fifteen persons).
OUR KITCHEN
Having graduated with flying colours from the Strasbourg Hotel
School three decades ago, Jean Bernard Duquesne opened the Auberge
des Roloirs in 1984. The fame he has gained among both families
and business people is by itself a testimony to the quality of
the establishment. Extra-fresh produce, inventive recipes, and
beautiful presentation limited only by the chef’s imagination
are the basis of the restaurant’s success.
